Don’t be deceived, this place has top notch food. When we pulled up it looked iffy, but man did it blow us out of the water! Our waiter was an older gentleman and he was fantastic! The bread they brought out while we waited for our food was amazing. My Alfredo was also, amazing. And my husband got a Stromboli calzone that he raved over for days!
10/10/2022 We finally were able to try Morello's today and they did not disappoint. Our service was outstanding, Jeff and Crystal were wonderful. Very courteous and friendly. The salad was very good, everything fresh. Loved the ranch dressing. The Focaccia bread was amazing. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was, SO DELICIOUSlarge portion Looking forward to our next visit... UPDATE: 03/03/2024 Finally able to make it back over to Morello's today. Had to have the Cajun Chicken Pasta again. Large portions, ended up bringing some home. Our waitress was awesome. She checked to see if we needed anything, how everything was. They were very busy and still received our food fairly quickly.
Everything we had was delicious! We were excited to find this restaurant during our trip to Shawnee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back if we travel here again.
Morello's is our go-to for pizza and Italian! There's something on the menu for everyone. We recently celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Morello's. My husband loves the 2" pork chop. I have a tough time choosing anything besides pizza or the Cajun chicken pasta. It's delicious, the flavor is wonderful! I order mine with light spice, and it's always perfect for me. You're always welcomed with big smiles and a fresly-baked loaf of yummy focaccia bread! Yum. It's worth stopping just for the bread... almost! There is a spacious, family dining area plus a bar area and a nice outdoor seating area for warm weather. Visit the lovely folks at Morello's in Harrisburg. You won't be disappointed.
A casual, fine dining gem located in downtown Harrisburg. The fresh baked loaf of foccacia bread adds a unique element to every meal. I adore the portobello ravioli dish. It's absolutely my favorite. I always get a double order because they are just so scrumptious in the brown butter garlic sauce. The atmosphere is relaxed enough for lunch while running errands and yet fancy enough for a nice dinner date. Service is fast and friendly. They have a large outdoor patio area and a separate bar room. Catch them during lunch hours to sample different kinds of pizzas and pastas from the lunch buffet. I highly recommend Morello's.
I've been here several times. I work in the area quite often and this is my go to spot! The food is great. service is good. clean. I always sit in the lounge (21 years only ) due to 3 gambling slot machines and it being more of a bar like setting. They also have their family /friend/kid friendly dining area which is the regular restaurant dining area. They also have a large covered area dining area outside . Their parking lot is kind of small but this is a place you wanna check out. I think most will be very pleased
The service here is one of the best I have ever been. I go her ofter and almost every waitress is great. The manager is awesome as well. He comes and checks on ya. Price is kinda high, but for the service, I think it's well worth it.
We happened on this restaurant during a drive to Harrisburg and it is definitely a gem! The service was exemplary and the food was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. The complimentary foccacia bread was warm and so flavorful. We ordered the Mega Meat pizza and we were not disappointed. It had a wonderful smoky flavor and was cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back and may make a special trip just to do so.
